Background

The client requiring a vast CRM/ERP system was a retail firm with over a thousand employees, including regional outlet directors, satellite offices, and logistics staff. They needed to create a solution to electronically store both customers' and the company's inventory info.

The Challenges

Prior to creating the project, we pinpointed the primary activities that had to be performed:

  1. Conduct a multifaceted assessment of the organization's operations.
  2. Develop a project concept.
  3. Carry out an in-depth development of all operational components of the project.
  4. Design the user interface and user experience of the CRM/ERP system to guarantee maximum user convenience when using the project.
  5. Integrate with the client's e-commerce initiatives.
  6. Implementing the project technically, which includes the front part of the project and the user's personal account, a major functional component of the project.

The Process

The Promodex squad chose to carry out the project in the subsequent steps:

  1. Perform niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Analyze the Ukrainian market to identify the most responsive audience for the future typical solution.
  3. Create a project concept and work out a CRM/ERP system.
  4. Work out the UI/UX of the project based on the analytics.
  5. Implement CRM/ERP design following modern web design trends and taking into account the mobile version of the system.
  6. Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts.

    1. Call planner and accounting of customer calls in connection with digital PBX.
    2. Multifunctional dashboard for every type of user.
    3. Order management in conjunction with more than a dozen of the client's online stores based on different frameworks.
    4. Client management module.
    5. Module for analysis of prices and nomenclature of suppliers.
    6. Supply forecasting module based on current balances and demand for certain goods of past periods.
    7. Corporate chat system.
    8. Automatic billing system.
    9. The module of detailed statistics on interaction with each client.
    10. Price list template for partners and retail chains.
    11. Quality control of managers' calls with the ability to listen to call recordings through the CRM interface.
    12. Integration with the company's corporate mail server.
    13. Report Builder
    14. Internal analytics system for sales, deliveries, price dynamics, traffic to the client's online stores, etc.
    15. Corporate knowledge base.
    16. Monitoring changes in the price lists of suppliers and competitors.

The Promodex crew put together a ready-to-use solution within 160 business days: from the customer's inquiry to the fitting of the CRM to the Laravel framework. Currently, ongoing project labor goes on, which entails technical assistance.
