Launched in 2009, RECRAFT began as a small motorcycle repair shop. Subsequently, they ventured into manufacturing motorcycle accessories and this endeavor quickly gained traction. Today, they offer an online store of their products, ensuring their customers get a quality product at a reasonable price.

The Challenges

The customer specified exact tasks that the project team was to carry out:

  1. Create an e-commerce website to enter the digital marketplace;
  2. Maximize conversion rates by employing the newest e-commerce design patterns and user-friendliness;
  3. Gain an online following without the need for middlemen;
  4. Order items online;
  5. Making the brand more widely known and advancing it;
  6. Implementing an adjustable design for all device types;
  7. Sales of goods to European Union and United States clients.

The Process
