The Challenges
Prior to embarking on the project, we determined the main objectives that required fulfillment:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the driver job portals domain to discern the requirements of the industry and develop the idea of a fully-fledged ecosystem.
- Develop an idea that will be beneficial for all market participants: from the logistics company proprietor to its prospective employee.
- Completely develop all functional components of the project.
- Develop the UI/UX of the Driver Work web portal and mobile app to guarantee maximum user satisfaction with the project.
- Craft the design for the Driver Work web portal and its mobile app, as well as all related materials: a brand book, media kit, and post templates for use on the most widespread social networks, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Implementing the Driver Work system, including the public section of the project and the user's individual account, which is a major operational component of the project.
- To advance the project on the web and aid in attaining a prominent market position.
The Process
The Promodex group chose to roll out the project in the following steps:

In a period of only 120 working days, the Promodex team managed to take the client's request and bring it to fruition in the form of a fully operational website, mobile application, and launch.
