Background

A specialized platform for searching for driver positions in Europe. Employers and drivers can sign up separately. An effective filter for selecting suitable vacancies and suitable applicants. An opportunity to post vacancies and resumes. An assortment of firms and drivers, along with document verification. Ratings and reviews. Companies can make a profile and as many vacancies as they need.

The Challenges

Prior to embarking on the project, we determined the main objectives that required fulfillment:

1. Conduct a comprehensive review of the driver job portals domain to discern the requirements of the industry and develop the idea of a fully-fledged ecosystem.
2. Develop an idea that will be beneficial for all market participants: from the logistics company proprietor to its prospective employee.
3. Completely develop all functional components of the project.
4. Develop the UI/UX of the Driver Work web portal and mobile app to guarantee maximum user satisfaction with the project.
5. Craft the design for the Driver Work web portal and its mobile app, as well as all related materials: a brand book, media kit, and post templates for use on the most widespread social networks, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
6. Implementing the Driver Work system, including the public section of the project and the user's individual account, which is a major operational component of the project.
7. To advance the project on the web and aid in attaining a prominent market position.

The Process

The Promodex group chose to roll out the project in the following steps:

1. Examine the niche and competitors to recognize advantages and disadvantages.
2. Examine the global market to identify the group that is most likely to respond.
3. Develop an idea for a project and design an entire environment for it.
4. Carry out an analysis of search terms to construct the meaningful framework of the website.
5. Design a website architecture according to the semantic core.
6. Design the user interface and user experience of the project based on the analytics.
7. Adhere to the brand book and contemporary web design techniques when creating the website.
8. Implement the necessary task force both on the front-end and back-end components.
9. Create an individual user profile, allowing organizations to operate within any segment of the Driver Work environment.
10. Carry out testing on the project, including load, usability, performance, and security tests.
11. Giving precedence to the growth of the project in the European market in order to advance it.

Deliverables & Impacts

In a period of only 120 working days, the Promodex team managed to take the client's request and bring it to fruition in the form of a fully operational website, mobile application, and launch.

1. The website achieved the highest possible rating in PageSpeed Insights, which was a critical factor in improving its SEO.
2. The trial yielded overwhelmingly positive responses from the test group, who offered praise for the website's usability, structure, and atmosphere. Out of all the feedback, 90% was positive.
3. MVP Platform was ready and prepared for marketing.

This project is targeting drivers searching for jobs, as well as the proprietors of transport firms and HR personnel who are in search of personnel.

The Laravel Framework was chosen for the development of the site, since it fulfills all technical requirements and customer preferences.
