Background

Booking HealthTM is a platform that provides direct bookings for medical procedures in some of the world's most highly accredited clinics. It features over 250 clinics, and when utilizing its services, users can save up to 70% on diagnosis and treatment, as well as receive the necessary services and full medical assistance.

The Challenges

The customer proposed a concept for a project that would raise the level of medical service to a new standard, combining modern medicine with exceptional service and putting the patient and their recovery as the primary focus. Prior to constructing the project, we identified the main objectives that needed to be accomplished:

1. Come up with an idea for a project that encompasses over 250 clinics.
2. Carry out a thorough development of all operational components of the project.
3. Design the interface and user experience of the web portal for optimal user interactivity.
4. Create the layout of the web portal.
5. Developing the project technically, including writing scripts to present data in an accessible manner.
6. Populating the project with material.

The Process

The Promodex squad chose to execute the endeavor in the following stages:

1. Analyze your niche and rivals to recognize advantages and disadvantages.
2. Examine the people in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States to recognize their desires and the unmet need in the market.
3. Formulate a project idea and devise a comprehensive description of requirements.
4. Analyze search queries in order to build the semantic core of the website.
5. Design a website hierarchy based on the semantic core.
6. Design the user interface and user experience of the project according to the analytics.
7. Create a website design.
8. Implement the necessary labor pool for both the front-end and back-end sections.

Technologies

A group of 8 personnel were involved in the undertaking's execution: a project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX expert, SEO expert, front-end coder, back-end coder, and QA specialist.

We chose Laravel Framework to develop the site, as it fulfilled all the technical requirements and enabled us to add all the required features.
