Event placement conditions
Audience IT rating UA is founders, managers, programmers, etc...employees of Ukrainian IT companies.
We are always happy to help tell our audience about the events they are interested in.
Event hosting is an effective way to attract an audience to your events.
More than 15,000+ people use our service every month.
On IT rating UA you can post and edit an event, find your target audience.
Short terms:
1. Free hosting:
Posting announcements of non-commercial IT events and large IT conferences of events is free, just fill out the form in the section Afisha.
*Before filling out the form, be sure to add our logo and a link to the event website.
All posted events are automatically published on our social media pages.
Important: after filling out the application and placing the logo on your website, be sure to let us know by email.
2. Paid hosting:
Announcements of paid courses (and promotional webinars/seminars for them), trainings, master classes, events related to cryptocurrencies, etc.
We publish such types of events subject to the purchase of advertising placement for 150 UAH in the section Afisha.
Also, we have a number of tools optimized for event promotion: mailing list, placement on the main page, banner in the site header, background branding. See page Advertising.
Detailed terms:
IT rating UA hosts only entertainment and cultural IT events:
- conferences, events;
- concerts, parties, shows;
- festivals, holidays;
- games, quests;
- lectures, master classes.
The event must match the conditions:
- pass offline (online - such as: webinars, online lectures, etc. = paid: 150 UAH);
- have a specific date, time and place;
- be open to anyone, subject to the conditions of visiting (registration or ticket, age restrictions);
- the visit conditions should clearly state how to get to the event (buy a ticket, register, etc.).
Not accepted for placement:
- advertisements offering to buy a certificate, coupon or use a service;
- activities that have a direct utilitarian purpose (doctor's appointment, psychologist's consultation);
- sales and promotions without additionally organized entertainment activities for visitors;
- events of a political nature (rallies, political actions);
- events that require membership in a certain group of people (for example, a sports section, a university group, academia);
- serial course schedules;
- online events (virtual exhibitions, webinars, online trainings or on a paid basis);
- activities aimed at insulting a specific person or group of people;
- events of a closed (private) nature;
- information that violates the laws of Ukraine.
The editors of IT rating UA reserve the right to refuse to publish an event if they consider it uninteresting. This is especially true for various trainings, webinars and non-IT events.
*If an event does not meet the posting conditions, IT UA rating editors will not accept it for publication.
UA IT Ranking as General Media Partner
In some cases, IT rating UA is ready to act as a media partner or general media partner, providing additional attention to your event. As a rule, we are talking about large non-commercial events, such as WeGame or OdessaJS.
Conference Reports
We do not make reports and do not place materials of partners in the news of the service. Unless otherwise stated (when we are a general media partner).
