IT Administrator

Manage network operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensure systems are available 24 hours per day.
• Respond to user request within 90 minutes.
• Perform installs and upgrades in the agreed upon time.
• Maintain software and hardware inventory lists.
• Train and setup new users.
• Maintain copy machines.
• Maintain telephone system.
• Troubleshoot computing systems, networks, and applications to identify malfunctions and apply all necessary fixes.
• Develop and maintain policies & procedures regarding network operations.
