IT Support Specialist

What you will Do

• You will work across all teams providing first line support for hardware and software issues for end-users
• Be hands on with desktops, laptops, servers, networking hardware, and the occasional autonomous tractor
• You will be integral in determining and implementing best practices, defining and improving procedures from an IT support perspective
• Provide professional end-user support in-person, and through digital mediums
