Junior It Administrator

• Providing desktop support to onsite and remote staff members
• Monitor server backup jobs
• Maintenance of Office 365 and email security
• Preforming client and server software and hardware upgrades
• Desktop lifecycle maintenance including rebuilds, installations, repairs, and relocations.
• Assist in purchasing of IT Systems and Hardware
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Keeping IT Asset Manager up to date
• Assisting in new User onboarding.
• Support and maintaining printing devices and mobile scanners
• Maintaining access control and CCTV systems
• Installation and setup of network devices, IP cameras, printers and switches and cabling

• Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, Hyper-V
• MS Windows Servers
• Dell & HP Server Blade
• Cisco Switches including setup and configuration
• Network Printers & Mobile Scanners (Zebra)
• Office 365 administration
• Helpdesk Software
• Hardware – Desktops/Laptops
• Asset Manager software such as Lansweeper
• Veeam Backup
