Crystal Estate is a real estate agency in Odessa, Ukraine. In its work, the agency follows the principles of transparent transactions: when buying a property, the client is always aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the object. The company analyzes the documents of property owners, buyers and developers, provides legal support.

The company had a request to develop a user-friendly website that contains objects of primary and secondary real estate. The main task was to generate leads for the business.

Difficulties

The main difficulty we faced was dealing with the complexity of this business as a whole. Real estate agencies often fill their sites manually. Our task was to create an algorithm for filling the site using integration with a database.

Data feeds are used for filling the site and sending information to other resources. It reduces the time of unloading objects and keeps the catalog up-to-date.

Result

The task was completed in just 2 months, and 5 specialists worked on the project: project manager, marketer, designer, content specialist, programmer. 

  • We have made it possible to load data with Cron;
  • We have developed accounts for realtors, in which they can generate personalized selections of objects;
  • Each primary property can be loaded using a spreadsheet that reduces time for filling.
