"VARTO" Insurance Company specializes exclusively in medical insurance and accident insurance, providing excellent service to its clients. With 15 years of experience, the founders of the company have established partnerships with over 600 medical facilities and more than 8,000 pharmacies in Ukraine.
Our team was tasked with developing a mobile application for "VARTO" Insurance Company to provide clients with a convenient and accessible tool for managing policies, accessing up-to-date information, scheduling doctor appointments, and utilizing geolocation to find nearby medical facilities.

Requirements Analysis:
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the requirements, communicated with representatives of the insurance company, and identified the main functionalities of the application.
UI/UX Design:
Our team designed the user interface for the mobile application according to client requirements and created a User Interface Kit to ensure design consistency across different mobile platforms. The UI Kit simplified the development of new features and screens by providing ready-made components, resulting in improved design consistency, reduced development time, and a visually appealing interface.

Development of Features:
- Convenient and simple registration in the app with SMS confirmation.
- Quick access to the policy number and the ability to present the insurance document at pharmacies and medical facilities across Ukraine.

- The capability to upload the existing health insurance contract (Voluntary Medical Insurance).
- Access to medical documents from previous insurance cases, including medical certificates and test results.

Testing:
After development, we conducted thorough testing to identify and rectify any errors or issues.
Server-Side Development:
We engineered the backend component of the "VARTO" application using cutting-edge technologies and adhering to industry standards. We crafted a diverse set of APIs that enable seamless interaction between our application and external systems and services. Emphasizing data security, we implemented robust measures to protect user data, establishing a secure environment resilient to potential vulnerabilities. Furthermore, we accounted for scalability considerations to ensure the system's adaptability to evolving demands. We meticulously documented our APIs, providing comprehensive insights into all available API endpoints, associated parameters, and expected responses.
CRM System Development:
To organize and optimize client management, we needed to create a CRM system. During development, we determined the essential functions and capabilities for users, designed an intuitive and attractive interface, structured the storage of critical information, and ensured data exchange between the CRM system and other programs. We provided training and support to users and enabled the addition of new features and functionality over time.

User Account Creation and Access Control:
- Creation of user accounts for CRM users with different levels of access to the system.
Automated Ticket Creation:
- Upon starting a chat with a client, the system automatically generates a ticket that is accessible to all managers.However, only one manager can take ownership of the ticket, and once assigned, other managers no longer have access to it.
Real-time Ticket Exchange:
- The system continuously exchanges requests with the application, ensuring that tickets arrive in the CRM system in real-time.
Communication History Viewing:
- Capability to view previous correspondence with the client who created the ticket.
- Ability to respond to client messages and close the ticket.
Archiving Closed Tickets:
- All closed tickets are stored in an archive with access for CRM administration.
Client Information Viewing:
- Managers can view client information in a pop-up window, which is also stored in the database for future use through the API.
Ticket Archive:
- A section in the system where closed tickets, along with messages from clients and managers, are stored.
- Possibility to view information related to a specific ticket.
The CRM system enhances client management by allowing for the creation and assignment of tickets, real-time communication with clients, and comprehensive record-keeping of client interactions and ticket histories.
Publication:
Upon successfully completing all stages, the application was published on the App Store and Google Play Store.
