Our main task was to scale sales. Their markets were US and CA. This involved testing specific products with different audiences on Facebook, and determining what ads work best. In case of successful testing, we optimized and scaled advertising campaigns.

Solution

– In the basic test we determined that our targeting audience is weapon owners. Then we started testing more audiences related to this area, also created a special video extremely related to the target audience. We targeted military, police officers, and also all people who support the 2nd Amendment.

 

– We collected first Custom Audiences on Page view, ATC, Purchase and other events, also we downloaded a file with all buyers from Shopify and also created an audience from it. We used these audiences for remarketing, also created Lookalike Audiences from them and launched traffic using it.

– We started to scale budget using the best adsets and began to test new videos. Also we made new lookalikes each week (including LTV Lookalike’s) and launched them (on a regular basis).

– We tested lookalikes generated from “weapon” on different interests, demographic and behavioral targetings.

– We tested manual bidding also.
