- Implementing changes in advertising
As advertising was set up by an office manager, there were a lot of mistakes.
- Only 1 smart campaign was run with automatic targeting and bids.
- Only 1 ad was created with no extensions and as a result, CTR was 0,33% and the price per click $0,51.
What we did to inrease results:
- set up Google Analytics and goals, linked to Google Ads, enabled audience data collection.
- set up a new search campaign
- selected keywords, divided them into groups, and added negative words.
- created 2 ads in each ad group and added all possible extensions.

As a result, CTR in search campaign increased to 18.3% and the price per click decreased to $0,28.
- Also we launched ads on visitors to competitors' websites and remarketing.

The result:
We have no data on calls to the company, we focused on digital metrics.
Time on the website increased from 00:47 to 01:20.
The number of requests per month increased from 2-3 to 15-18 / per month.
