VostokGaz is one of the largest gas station chains in the Dnipropetrovsk region with its own markets (a wide range of goods and services for drivers), a loyalty program and an application based on a chatbot.

The gas station network we collaborated with represents a new niche for our agency, and we were pleased to accumulate positive experience through engagement in such a captivating project.

Promotion period: 10.2023-01.2024

Adhering to the page style and brand book, we:

  • Crafted high-quality content and utilized designer layouts in measured doses.
  • Designed and populated Highlights.
  • Conducted four Reels shoots, capturing events, the inauguration of new complexes, humor, interviews with clients, product, and trend videos.
  • Selected references and outlined technical specifications for the photographer for a photoshoot featuring new positions at a gas station.
  • Experimented with the use of AI in generating images.
  • Developed a design for fuel vouchers.

    Content:

    We achieved our goals through content. For this purpose, we developed a rubricator for posts, Reels and Stories.

    The Reels format attracts the audience the most. Statistically, Reels has higher reach and interaction rates.

    Since the audience on the page is mostly men and drivers, we made a lot of humor (jokes, memes, photographs, videos, animations and other forms of humor on topics close to the audience). Such videos organically gained 3-5 thousand views.

    We presented regular product and information publications in a creative and unconventional way, using memes and humor, because this best attracted users.

    To increase the number of new subscribers and engagement, we regularly held giveaways, using various mechanics: we used situations and news feeds, encouraged the creation of photos with coffee and tagging the page, motivated participants to subscribe, be active on the page and leave comments.

    With their help, UGC was attracted, which increased trust and loyalty to the brand.

    Results:

    During the first period of our cooperation, the reach on the page organically increased almost threefold. Engagement increased more than 10 times, and as for subscribers, 318 of them came to the page in two months.

    Subscriber growth:

    Instagram from 3462 to 4229 (as of 01/22/2024) - +767 subscribers during the launch period.

    After launching publications for promotion with the goals of interaction and coverage:

    • Coverage increased from 4 to 100 thousand.
    • Attraction and growth of subscribers increased 3 times.
    • ERR doubled.

    Concerning stories, over 80 individuals actively participate in interactive events and surveys. The audience responds to open questions, which, we believe, is a significant achievement for the AZK page. This signifies that users are genuinely interested in the discussed topics, fostering increased loyalty and establishing robust relationships between the brand and its customers.

    Throughout our collaboration with VostokGaz gas stations, we achieved outstanding results, successfully meeting our goals.
