Sasquatch Digital has enhanced its cooperation with the brands under the global company Essity

The agency won a tender for the launch and maintenance of Tork’s Facebook and Instagram pages in Ukraine in 2023-2024. Tork is among the 12 brands that belong to the international company Essity. The brand offers professional hygiene products as well as innovative and intelligent solutions to improve business efficiency. 

What is the difficulty of the launch? The main challenge for the agency’s team is to build communication on the border of the B2B and B2C sectors. During the page launch, the task lies in attracting only a professional audience. However, the TOV is designed for real people who work in such spheres as cleaning, medicine or hygiene. The promotion of Tork’s ideas and values should be emotive, so textual and visual communication never uses the style of dry official figures and data. 

Long-term cooperation

The global brand Tork is Essity’s third brand to be presented by the team of Sasquatch Digital on Ukrainian social media pages. The cooperation has been there since 2015. The agency carries out online communication for Libresse (feminine hygiene products) as well as Libero (kids’ hygiene products) and works with Zewa. In particular, it provides comprehensive SMM services on Facebook and Instagram. As part of the support, the agency not only does SMM and launches targeted campaigns but also realizes influencer campaigns and strengthens Essity’s global communication messages in general: for example, a campaign to destigmatize menstruation, promotion of sustainability, normalizing attention to women’s health etc. 

Katia Krasnobai, Essity’s Junior Brand Manager, considers that the key to effective cooperation is high involvement of the agency, particularly, in the work on the Libero Ukraine brand:
“The goal of Libero’s presence in social media is to drive awareness among the ever-changing target audience (moms and dads). Together with Sasquatch Digital, we’ve developed the brand’s image for many years as a socially responsible and innovative one that provides quality products to kids as well as support to their parents. In addition, the agency is involved in a wide range of marketing requests for adapting communication materials, designing creative campaigns and collaboration with opinion leaders. The possible markers of a successful cooperation are a high degree of the agency’s involvement in the work on the brand, flexibility, responsiveness to changes and a young creative team.” 

In addition to Ukraine, Sasquatch Digital accompanied Essity’s brand communication in such Middle East countries as Georgia, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan in 2018-2021.
